Employees are our biggest assets and their health is vital
importance to us. We follow best practices to maintain our
manufacturing plants and undertake industrial hygiene
services. All employees undergo periodical medical checkups
by independent agencies. We have an emergency response
mechanism and crises management plan. Our plant is well
equipped to handle all type of emergencies.
At Sonia Organics, safety is a culture and has always been
kept at the forefront of our priorities. We treasure our
employees and value our infrastructure thereby inculcating
the highest levels of safety principles. Since our
inception, numerous initiatives have been undertaken to
ensure that all manufacturing process and systems are
executed in the safest manner.
Significant time, effort and resources have been invested in
maintaining a safe work environment. Periodic training
programs on various aspects of operational safety are also
conducted. In fact, it is mandatory to undergo a safety
induction-training program for all new employees joining
Sonia Organics. Today, due to many other such unrelenting
efforts and initiatives, use of material safety data sheets
(MSDS) before proceedings with a chemical reaction and
wearing of personal protective equipments has become a habit
with every employee.
In order to benchmark our safety systems and processes on
par with global standards, We have been working closely with
reputed, global organizations to help take the safety
standards of the company to a higher level.
